Designer & Maker Exhibition 2009

Hey I'm currently exhibiting at the new F.E McWilliam Gallery in Banbridge, in an exhibition called Designer & Maker 2009.  It's a really interesting exhibition comprising of textiles, ceramics, metalwork, furniture and much much more!!  The exhibition runs until 17th January so make sure you check it out!

Nice blogs and the art of researching!!

Today I cam across textile artist Carolyn Saxby's blog a brilliant find documenting all types of textile and media techniques and manipulation - takes me back to art college days!!!  Check it out http://carolynsaxby.blogspot.com

I also began to research ways to naturally dye fabrics, can achieve some fab colours and is ethically sound!!  I'll keep you posted on that one!
